ICEFA Lidice 2022 Prize Awards – Croatia

Croatian children participated in high numbers in this year's 50th edition of the International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice, where more than 370 entries were from Croatia.

14 of them won awards, presented to the laureates by Ambassador Milan Hovorka and his wife on 13 December 2022 at the Museum of Modern Art in Zagreb.

To the words of congratulations to the winners and their mentors, the Ambassador added words of support to Ukraine and its children, for whom every day, instead of joy and children's playfulness, brings danger and fear, and therefore "the Lidice competition is so important, so that the lessons of history are never forgotten and they could never be repeated" concluded Ambassador Hovorka.
